At MöllerFlex, we work with the latest CAD systems and special testing technology and we use FEM calculations for strength and flow analyses. We also develop material formulas optimized for each specific application in our accredited lab. Then for production, we use sophisticated tools based on core decomposition, cube, and core-back technologies.
We follow the Kaizen philosophy and method in everything we do to ensure continuous improvement for our processes. In this sense, we reinvent ourselves every day. We have also developed and optimized Kaizen even further — for our specific requirements. We include not only our production team, but all of our departments in our optimization processes.
